I prefer being drawn or painted, but I have no problems with being photographed.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go and why?

Your bed. I feel like having a snuggle.

Have you ever done crossword puzzles?

Often.

Pick up the closest book and write a sentence at random from it:

Descendi ad hortum nucum ut viderem poma convallis ut inspicerem si floruisset vinea et germinassent mala punica.

Do the same with a lyric from either a cd or the radio:

We had some good machines But they don't work no more

Yes.

Do you ever sing to yourself while doing everyday tasks?

Fairly frequently.

Only with crappy things like double-glazing salesfolk.

Is your vcr flashing 12:00 all the time?

I don't have one.

Do you read your horoscope?

Rarely.

Would you rather chew gum or use mouthwash and why?

I don't actually like either. Mouthwashes tend to make my mouth sore, and chewing gum makes my jaw ache and gives me headaches.

How many times a year about are you sick?

As in puking? Probably five or six times a week, depending on how heavy my opiate intake is.

Ever been in an airplane?

No.

How about an aspiring actor/actress:

How what about them?

I'm not really that interested in films.

Name one of your passions in life.

Books.

What's your least favorite time of day?

Any time I'm awake and wish that I wasn't.

What color is the inside of your head when you close your eyes?

Right now? a kind of dusky purple with pale blue shading, overlaid with tiny golden sparkles.

Ever listen to classical music?

How precisely are you using the term? if you're being accurate, I'd say "not often", since my interests tend to lie rather earlier than that. If you're being sloppy, "pretty much every day".

Have you ever said 'lol' in real life without thinking about it?

Not even with thinking about it.

What is the best present you've ever given someone else?

Does 'love' count as a present? if not, then probably a copy of a very hard-to-get book that someone wanted.

What is the best present someone else has ever given to you?

A plane ticket to San Francisco.

Do you wear a watch?

Very rarely.

Write one sentence stating what you want people to say about you after you've passed on

I can't think of anything better than "I'm glad I knew him".

Describe the ideal superpower and what you would do if you had it.

I'd like to be able to float. Not necessarily fly, just to be able to negate gravity. It would let me move around so much more painlessly.

Eaten two eggs.

Do you wear necklaces, bracelets, anklets, earrings, rings?

One stud, right ear. Nothing else.

What's on your computer desk?

Keyboard, monitor, mousemat, mouse, pens, speakers, odd bits of clutter, mug, ashtray, CDs, DVD, bright red sponge rubber brain, microphone, vanilla candle, floppies, a d10, a genderbender cable, an unpolished jasper pebble, a hologram badge, a haematite necklace, pentazocine capsules, a Sanskrit grammar, antistatic bag, empty crisp packet, red/blue glasses, paperwork.

When you're talking do you ever use your hands to do quotation marks in the air when saying certain words?

No. I quote with "quote... unquote".

Do you think you're pretty?

No, but other people do.

The tromba marina.

Have you ever been on TV or the radio?

Yes, both.

What is the worst thing anyone could ever do to you?

Treating me unfairly.

Are you a fast typer?

No. It's hardly as though I have to take dictation, so it doesn't concern me.

Naked. Preferably on the left side of the bed. Usually curled up on my left side. Badly.

To a great extent, yes.

Only if that's where they exile the troublesome.

Have you ever written anything on your skin?

Phone numbers, mail addresses, that kind of stuff.

What color are most of your clothes?

Greys, blues and greens.

Are things as bad as they seem?

Yes, but they're never as bad as one can imagine.

Do you like to look people in the eye?

Yes, but most people are too short for it to be easy.
