Update

1) Yahoo Mail is working again pretty reliably, even if my brain isn't.

2) Saw my shrink this morning. Very much the same old. See her again in three months.

3) Didn't sleep well last night. Am going to grab a couple of hours' nap. This may well be FSVO "couple of hours", so if I don't resurface this afternoon I'll be back to catch up on mail and stuff after mrph's birthday do this evening.
