Music:Me improvising counterpoint to the KdF theme
Would someone please remind me
to eat? thank you.
It's that one-track-Celexa thing again. It's almost physically distressing to context-switch now. I'm wondering if anyone's done research into what it is that makes context-switching unpleasant for some people? I've conjectured that it might correlate to the strength of the startle reflex - as anyone who's spent much time around me learns, it's Not Good to surprise me. I'll physically jump (ow!) or at the least twitch violently, possibly shriek, have a minute's worth of raised heart rate and quite unpleasant pounding chest...
The metaphor of wrenching one's mind away from something is terribly apt for me.
