Really crappy pain day

Morphine to the tune of 100mg so far isn't really cutting it. This is very not good. At least I managed to get the grocery shopping done this morning before it hit.

Don't worry, I'm fine - it's just one of those bad pain days. But thoughts, vibes, prayers and general good stuff would be deeply appreciated.

Going to post the next batch of Christmas Music, then lie down and work on trying to relax the spasms.
