Ow fuck.

Slept OK last night but had to get up early - dental check. Not bad - except there's some work she wants to do that isn't covered by NHS costs, so I'm going to have to fork out £32 for a couple of sessions to get it done. Bimbled into town, did a little shop and librarying, got home, put stuff away, came upstairs, missed my footing... didn't fall far but have wrenched my back. Hard. I could pretty much hear the rip and crunch, let alone feel it.

I'm making up a hotpack, swallowing anti inflammatories and morphine, going to lie down and work on my Alexander tricks to minimise spasm and more muscle ripping.

No time to read mail or do comments, so sorry if I'm owing people stuff: I'll be back when it's sane to be - all being well tonight or tomorrow. Don't worry or anything, I just thought I'd best let you all know.
