Progress.

Not very much progress, actually. Dr Khan's getting irritated with Counselling Services on my behalf, but there's only so much that he can do. So it's wait some more. He's suggested rotating my meds again, this time to venlafaxine sustained release, 75mg/day, and I'll give it a try.

The back's being really quite bad this week. Dwarves with corkscrews again.

I could get really bored with this, if I hadn't got bored with it already a long time ago. Tell me nice things to cheer me up.

And a happy birthday to curlygrrrl for tomorrow (if it isn't already tomorrow today already in Australia). If my head wasn't so fucked up with the drugs I'd be able to remember which way the Earth rotates.
