The web sites all say things like "To improve the taste of lactulose, mix your dose with one-half glass of water, milk, or fruit juice." What I'd like to know, if anyone can tell me, is whether it's OK to take it in tea, since the bitterness of the tea seems to work perfectly at countering the oversweetness.
