No, I'm not planning on doing this, no matter what the answer is

Suppose there is a border between two legal jurisdictions A and B.

Suppose I orient someone so that they are "half way"[1] across the border.

Suppose I then murder them.

What factors will determine which jurisdiction I would be tried and/or punished in?

[1] For appropriate measures of "halfwayness", which may have implications for the answer to the question.
