The pain's easing off to a point where I can just about get around as normal (well, as normal for me, anyway) though I'm tiring quickly; I certainly shan't be doing any bopping around at Whitby :)
As to the meds change: no observable positive effect yet, though the raised dose does seem to be making me even more sweaty. Ick. This morning I have to go to visit my GP to show him the changed dose, since it always takes longer than two weeks for the Caludon Centre to send dosage change notifications to the GPs, and they won't prescribe more than two weeks' worth.
Justin had the little cyst/lump thing on his back removed yesterday, so he's rather sore since the local anaesthetic wore off. I have to be rather careful how I cuddle him for the next few days.
CBT continues. It seems to be going well. I really ought to do a proper write-up of progress so far for you folk behind the CBT filter. And if anyone else wants adding to the filter, just let me know in a comment.
Crapweasels. It looks like it's about to chuck down. Great. Do I want to get my meds sorted out today, or do I want to avoid getting drenched? I'd better be sensible, hadn't I?
And if I'm not mistaken, that was thunder. Right, I'm off, and hope I get back before the heavens open!
