Lousy science *sigh*

Another bloody useless 'study', and what the Daily Mail said.

What didn't they do wrong? Small sample, no details given on recruitment methods, no control/placebo arm, at least four factors (fish oil supplementation, altered diet, extra exercise, diary keeping)... and they claim that they have 'results'? None that aren't irretrievably compromised by bad, bad design.

Sometimes I despair. Getting this kind of thing right isn't rocket science.
