Much better and more stable and centred now.

Therapy was good this afternoon. We worked out that what was going on this morning was that a few actually quite minor stresses had built up a reservoir of anxiety which decided to nucleate around completely not-relevant stuff and rattle its bones at me. I suspect that I've still got quite a bit of getting used to having a mirtazapine-flavoured head to do. I'm pretty much restored to perspective and (mostly) sense for the moment, though.

Thank you all for being understanding and sympathetic and supportive. You really are an excellent bunch of people. Utter lifesavers and sanekeepers, that's what you are.
