Psych appointment

That went pretty well, given how wretchedly intimidated and frozen I got before it. Dr Singh is easy enough to talk with, though most of the appointment was occupied with history-taking. She's asked me to go back in a couple of weeks and to boost my Prozac up to two a day; she's going to discuss what I've told her with her colleagues so they can develop a strategy for helping me, and is going to refer me to a relaxation clinic so I can learn to handle my panic freezes better.

All in all, good, and I'm maybe just a little proud of myself that I'm beginning to manage to get some help.
