Busy, busy...

Took after-lunch nap which turned into all-afternoon nap. Still, I must have needed it.

Trying to catch up on mail...

Monday's trip to the Day Hospital was fabbo. Very very good anxiety management class in the morning, lunch (tuna salad, rice pudding), then no depression class in the afternoon (the current one is finishing up, so I'll be joining the next one when it starts in September).

Library trip tomorrow am for more books! then formal admission interview with Dr le Kock in the afternoon. All being well, I shall get signed up for the Monday sessions then - I don't think I need to do more days there than Mondays, since anxiety and (to a lesser degree) depression skills are exactly what I need.

Shan't be back til latelate tomorrow, since Jus is working late on Wednesdays. Then Bicon - I'll be turning up Thursday evening or Friday morning, depending which turns out easier for Jus to get me there - handy he's started working just outside Leicester :) And I shan't be back until late Sunday. Wheee!

What color hair should YOU have?
Love the auburn hair! You seem to have excellent music taste, are artsy, and are smart and funny. Living such a balanced life must get kind of tiring, but you do it well. You seem the least fake of all the others, tho I've never seen anyone with truly natural auburn hair, so you must've dyed it, which in turn makes your hair fake, and that messes me up! Thanks a bunch.
