This is to advise you that you did not keep an appointment in the clinic of Mr X on Thursday 15 Aug 2002.

As you did not attend your appointment, it is assumed that it is no longer required, and you have therefore been discharged from the clinic. If however you still require an appointment ... please telephone ... within 2 days of receipt of this letter ...


I shouldn't mind so much if the letter they claim to have posted to me on 3rd July had actually reached me.

Tomorrow I phone Orthopedics and beg.
